You manage the French Service team and you are responsiblefor the P&L of your activity. In this role, in which you are reporting to the VP Service, you motivate your team for the best contribution and a clear customer focused behaviour. You supervise the commercial activities of your team and you participate yourself in important customer meetings and negotiations. As usual in service you guarantee by implementing and follow-up of needed processes the quality and with the highest priority all aspects of health & safety.

Your basisis a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education and experiencein the respective field of business. Candidates with commercial background and solid experience in technical industrial goods are also welcome. You should have already achieved 8 years of professional experience, thereof 3 years of managerial experience by leading a team of technicians. You lead with example and you are able to implement and ensure a sustainable change. The need of your customers are always in your focus and you motivate your team to join this customer centric behaviour. Communication in English language is not unusual for you..
